Title : Not a great design
Review : I purchased this switch with high hopes given its price point and I’m a bit disappointed with the results. The mounting brackets are flimsy at best, with the screws having stripped from the plastic housing. These should really be bolted with a machine screw for a reliable connection. With regards to the stop button, this isn’t really a great choice for a school or club or even a home user. As it’s almost impossible to push the button the correct amount to turn the tool off, without activating the “lockout” feature of the button. Which means 90% of the time to turn the switch back on the key must be inserted to reset the button. Realistically there needs to be a secondary off button as-well as the lockout emergency stop. On the plus side, the wiring harness appears to be of good quality and it looks like the switches themselves should prove reliable in terms of lifespan. (Your points are noted, however these were manufactured specifically for 'high safety' environments where this product meets expectations)
