Review : These drill bits are designed primarily for woodworking. The brad-point means the drill bit doesn't wander, especially for end-grain drilling. They are very accurate. I've used the for drilling dowel holes with no problem. The chip ejection is very good so doesn't always have to drill in and out of the hole to remove the swarf. I've had them for several years and apart from one small one breaking, they have remained sharp, even in hardwoods.
